1. Cancellation by the Client & Refund Eligibility

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official website contact channels. Refunds are calculated based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice:

• 30 Days or More Prior to Tour Start Date:
  • Full Refund (100%) of the amount paid, minus non-refundable third-party deposits (e.g., domestic flight tickets, luxury Nile Cruise deposits, or administrative fees).
• 15 to 29 Days Prior to Tour Start Date:
  • 50% Refund of the total tour package price.
• Less Than 14 Days Prior to Tour Start Date / No-Show:
  • Non-Refundable (0%), as all reservations with private transport, accommodations, and guided services will have been fully committed and prepaid.

2. Tour Date Rescheduling (Flexibility Guarantee)

We understand that unexpected life events occur. If you need to postpone your trip:

• You may request to reschedule your tour up to 21 days prior to departure without losing your deposit.
• New travel dates will be subject to availability and any seasonal pricing adjustments for luxury accommodations or cruises.

3. Refunds for Partial Services or Unused Tours

No refunds or adjustments will be issued for unused services, missed sightseeing, early departures, or unused accommodations once the tour has officially commenced.

4. Cancellations by Sweet Nile Travel

In the rare event that Sweet Nile Travel must cancel a tour due to force majeure, extreme weather, or safety concerns, guests will be offered:

1. A 100% Full Refund of all funds paid to us, OR
2. An alternative equivalent itinerary or rescheduled travel dates at no extra charge.
